Leviton’s 40649 Decora style telephone wall jack is a simple way to replace an old broken/ unsightly wall jack or install a completely new one with the ease of installation Leviton is known for. Wiring is all color coded making installation as easy as matching up wire colors and connecting them together with screwtype terminals. This is a 6position; 4conductor wall jack allowing the use up to two phone lines. For use with Decora and Decora Plus wallplates. Sold Separately. Color: Brown.
